1. MARYLAND STYLE CRAB CAKES . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 
Two cakes filled with fresh blue crab and lots of flavor!  Sautéed to a light golden brown.  A true delicacy!!

2.  LOBSTER TAIL . . .  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 
Fresh from Florida, this tail is baked to perfection then broiled to give the top a golden glow.  A side of drawn butter and a wedge of lemon completes this natural wonder!

3.  BLACKENED SALMON. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 
A beautiful filet. Lightly seasoned then quickly seared on both sides, then baked to perfection.  Served with a side of citrus butter.  Sensational!!

4.  CRAB STUFFED SHRIMP  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . 
Six extra large fresh shrimp filled with our blue crab stuffing and served with drawn butter and lemon.

5.  BAKED MAHI WITH CRAB TOPPING . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 
A mild and flaky filet of fish, topped with lump crab stuffing and then baked.  A light broil to brown the top and a brush of butter finishes this masterpiece!

6.  BAKED TILAPIA . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 
This mild 8 oz. filet is lightly seasoned then baked or broiled.
May also be blackened upon request for a additional fee.

7.  LEMON BUTTER MAHI MAHI . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 
8 oz. filet baked or broiled with a light lemon butter sauce.
May also be blackened upon request for an additional fee.

Grilled filet mignon topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions and a broiled Florida lobster tail served with drawn butter and lemon.  Heaven on earth!!

9.  BLUE RIBBON SEAFOOD COMBO . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 
Fresh broiled grouper, a sautéed crab cake and a full skewer of grilled shrimp.  A nice arrangement!!
